He remained Head of HR-MSG Pharmaceuticals, Country Head Learning, Talent and OD – Islamic Banking Unit, Bank Alfalah and Learning Manager for North Region, Meezan Bank.

He is the Founder and CEO of ARN Advisory Services. He also remains connected to various corporate & Education Institutions/Universities as Educational Consultant (National and International Provisions), Digital Marketing Strategist, Corporate Trainer, Motivational/Guest Speaker, Visiting Faculty, and External Supervisor. He has impacted the life of 13000+ persons and has been a speaker/trainer to 100+ Institution in Pakistan and Internationally. He regularly participates as a Public Speaker on Various TV channels including PTV News, PTV World, Such TV etc.

He had his PhD (Doctorate) in Management along with MS with distinction having 22 National & International Research Publications and Presentations & also presented research paper at global forums on behalf of Meezan Bank & bank Alfalah at Malaysia and Germany. He also remained part of HBR Advisory Panel as well. He has his Post Graduate Certificate in education from LRN UK.
He is a Certified Strategic Human Capital Manager from Middle Earth HR (UAE), Certified Training Professional (CTP) from FAA Malaysia, Certified Learning and Development Professional (CLDP) from Concord Canada, Certified Personal Profile Analysis Practitioner from Thomas UK & Certified Professional in Organizational Happiness from United Nations, Certified trainer from IMS Knowledge (Franklin Covey Pakistan). While heading Islamic Banking Learning Portfolio Country Wide at Bank Alfalah and For North Region in Meezan Bank he also had his various certifications in Islamic Finance as Master Trainer. He is Certified Islamic Finance Executive (CIFE) from Ethica Dubai a Certified Islamic Banker & Trainer from Jamia Dar Ul Uloom Karachi.
He is a speaker of rare Charisma, Dr Ali is always eager to share his unique take on boardroom concepts and business philosophies, in intellectually stimulating sessions with trainees from diverse backgrounds.
